Badlands Launches Rise Pro Fleece Hunting Apparel

Known for their high-quality packs, gear and innovative camouflage patterns, Badlands is proud to introduce the Rise Pro collection. The next generation of Badlands’ tried-and-true Rise apparel, Rise Pro is designed with versatility, stealth and weather-resistance at its core, making it especially useful for whitetail and turkey hunters.

From sunny, 60-degree afternoons in the midseason and springtime to chilly, 30-degree mornings in the late season, Rise Pro keeps hunters in the field longer thanks to its versatile layering system. As temperatures drop, layer Rise Pro pieces for just the right amount of warmth.

Rise Pro features advanced construction with Badlands’ Wind Weave fabric and a Stretch Fit outer fleece. Engineered to block harsh windchill, Wind Weave makes these garments nearly six times more wind-resistant than traditional fleece, while the Stretch Fit fabric allows for full range of motion, all-day comfort, and minimum noise while still hunting or walking into a stand or ground blind. Rise Pro’s water-resistant finish also keeps moisture at bay in light rain or when the snow starts to fly.

The Rise Pro collection features the Rise Pro Jacket (MSRP $189.99), Rise Pro Hoodie (MSRP $159.99), Rise Pro Vest (MSRP $129.99), Rise Pro Pant (MSRP $189.99) and Rise Pack (MSRP $189.99).

At the front of the lineup is the Rise Pro Jacket, which builds off the original Rise Jacket, but now with 40g of PrimaLoft® Gold insulation. The jacket’s sizing and elongated fit make it ideal for layering over other pieces and for sitting, plus it comes with zippered hand, chest and garage pockets, as well as a treestand safety harness port so you can easily get tethered to your tree.

The Rise Pro Hoodie and Rise Pro Vest boast a bunch of the same features as the Rise Pro Jacket, but without the additional insulation and in midlayer form. Chest and internal pockets organize your gear, a zippered kangaroo pocket on the hoodie gives your hands a reprieve from the elements, and a safety harness port keeps your tether accessible. Wear either the hoodie or vest as your outer layer when the temps are mild or layer them under the Rise Pro Jacket when the temps plummet.

The Rise Pro Pant is a versatile, durable solution for keeping your legs warm in the midseason when it’s cool, but not cold enough for bibs. The Rise Pro Pant features the same silent, wind- and water-resistant fleece as the rest of the collection, so your legs will stay comfortable all day and will keep quiet as you walk to your stand. The seat and cuffs feature an additional waterproof, abrasion-resistant fabric so you don’t have to worry when sitting on a wet treestand seat or in waterlogged grass at the base of a tree while turkey hunting.

Last but not least, the Rise Pack is designed for the whitetail treestand hunter needing maximum accessibility and minimum noise. The outer fabric is Badlands’ most durable, burr-resistant outer material to date, plus it boasts ultra-quiet suede on the interior. The Swiftlatch Opening System uses quiet-yet-secure Fidlock fasteners on the main compartment. No zippers and no Velcro, so you can quickly and quietly get to essential items.

Rise Pro apparel is available in two Approach camo patterns — Approach FX (Fall Crossover), which is great for late season environments, and the new Approach GT (Ground & Timber), a darker, vertical pattern that mimics tree bark and is great for earlier seasons when a canopy of leaves is still shading the terrain below.

From spring turkey country in March and April to the whitetail woods in October, November and beyond, the Rise Pro collection is gear you won’t want to leave home without. To learn more and to see the full lineup of Badlands’ Rise Pro apparel and gear, head over to BadlandsGear.com.
