Dave Miles Added to Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation Board

MIDDLEBURY, Conn. – October 17, 2024 – Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation (OSCF) is proud to announce that Dave Miles has been added to its board of directors, solidifying its position as the nation’s leading nonprofit board. Dave will join current board members Peter Churchbourne, Jenifer Wisniewski, Tim Brandt, Julie Golob, John Bloom, Patrick Shay and Jim Mahoney.

Miles is the President of Baron Technology, Inc., the premier custom engraving and finishing company for the firearms industry. Dave’s prior roles at National Wild Turkey Federation, National Shooting Sports Foundation and O.F. Mossberg & Sons have allowed him to foster key industry relationships and develop communications and processes that have made a lasting impact in the outdoor industry.

“Joining the Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation Board is a tremendous honor,” said Miles. “I look forward to contributing to the foundation’s mission and helping to expand the reach of their outstanding communication and engagement programs.”

Miles brings over three decades of experience in the firearms and conservation space. His experience will support OSCF’s mission to improve cultural acceptance of gun ownership and the activities of hunting, fishing, trapping and target shooting.

“Dave’s distinguished background and industry reputation bolsters an already strong board and allows Outdoor Stewards to continue its growth and impact within the outdoor industry and conservation space,” said Brandt, OSCF Board member and owner of the Murray Road Agency. “We welcome Dave and appreciate his dedication to help expand OSCF’s mission.”
