Graphic Designer – Elevate the B&T Aesthetic
B&T USA is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling materials that bring our brand to life. This role requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop) and the ability to develop content ranging from social media graphics and advertisements to print brochures, sales materials, and technical catalogs. A strong portfolio is a must, and bonus points if you have experience in videography, photography, or UI/UX design. Firearms industry knowledge is a major plus!

Social Media Manager – Amplify the B&T Voice
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and elevate B&T’s digital presence across all major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have strong content creation skills, experience managing social campaigns, and the ability to analyze and optimize performance metrics. If you have a knack for crafting compelling posts, engaging with audiences, and leveraging video content to increase brand impact—this role is for you.
