Blacksburg, VA (June 23rd 2025)– Delta Three Oscar, the dedicated defense arm of D3O®, has announced the opening of a new regional office located in Dubai as part of its strategic expansion into the Middle East.
The new Dubai location becomes Delta Three Oscar’s fourth global office, joining established operations on the East and West Coasts of the US, UK, and Asia. This global expansion is designed to strengthen the company’s presence in the Middle East, enabling closer collaboration with regional defense and law enforcement customers.
By establishing a local presence, Delta Three Oscar aims to build on its success with contracts with US Department of Defense, and recent new partnership with the Norwegian Army as well as with leading international helmet and body armour brands.
The move will drive greater awareness and adoption of its advanced impact and ballistic protection technologies, as well as its market-leading vibration damping and shock absorption solutions across military and law enforcement sectors in the region.
Leading Delta Three Oscar’s Middle East expansion is Hetal Kara, the newly appointed Director of Global Defense Markets. With 15 years of experience in defense and security, including senior roles in government procurement, international trade, and market development. Hetal’s role will be focused on engaging with the wider defense industry and supporting the integration of D3O’s advanced impact protection technologies into military and tactical applications, including body armor, helmets, and next-generation soldier protection systems.

The strategic location will enable Delta Three Oscar to provide localized support and faster response times for procurement and customization needs.
