Built using the company’s proven German design, this barrel with integrated silencer provides exceptional balance, noise dampening, and reduced recoil. And thanks to the compact design, the shooter will appreciate 8-10 inches of overall length savings between the barrel and the R8 receiver construction.
The titanium outer sleeve of the barrel and silencer jacket features a smooth bull barrel design, giving the lightweight R8 Silence barrel an attractive, compact, and sleek appearance.
Baffle design and geometry is at the heart of every silencer and directly affects recoil and noise reduction. The Blaser Integral Silencer (ISD) was optimized to the maximum diameter for maximum sound suppression and hearing protection while maintaining the overall aesthetics of the rifle itself.
Designed as a modular R8 option, Silence suppressed barrels will fit existing Blaser R8 rifles with properly relieved forearm or when used with the replacement Ultimate forend.
