He retired at the rank of First Sergeant, earning numerous accolades for his exceptional leadership and performance in both peacetime and combat. In the past 25+ years, Tony has developed a strong reputation for building outstanding teams and fostering innovative cultures. Most recently, he served as a key member of the executive leadership team at Staccato 2011 and Staccato Ranch.
