NEWINGTON, N.H., (October 2, 2024) – SIG SAUER is excited to announce the Grand Opening Ceremony and Celebration of the Jacksonville Arkansas Ammunition Center (JAAC) on the SIG SAUER Ammunition campus.
SIG SAUER leadership and employees, joined by distinguished state, federal and local officials, and U.S. Army representatives will ceremonially cut the ribbon of JAAC on October 9, 2024. The 210,000 square-foot facility is an ultra-scalable and automated ammunition manufacturing center purpose-built for the U.S Army’s Next Generation Squad Weapons Program. JAAC brings nearly over 675 jobs to the community and direct economic impact to the local Arkansas economy.
